At AiraGlow Naturals, we strive to provide the highest quality herbal beauty products. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or exchanges may be granted.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
Due to the personal nature of skincare and beauty products, we only accept returns and refunds under the following conditions:
- The product was damaged or defective upon arrival.
- An incorrect product was delivered.
- The product was expired at the time of delivery.
- The package was lost in transit and not delivered to the customer.
Note: We do not accept returns or refunds for reasons such as personal dislike of the fragrance, texture, or effectiveness, as skincare results may vary.
2. Return Request Process
- Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at airaglownaturals@gmail.com with the following details:
- Order Number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product (if damaged or incorrect)
- Our customer support team will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
- If approved, you will receive return instructions, including the shipping address for sending back the product (if required).
3. Conditions for Returns
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for returns unless proven defective.
- The return package must include the original invoice or proof of purchase.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product (if applicable), the refund will be processed as follows:
- Refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days after approval.
- The amount will be credited to the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, etc.).
- Refund processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
5. Exchanges
If you received a damaged or incorrect product, you may request an exchange instead of a refund.
- The replacement will be processed within 2 business days after approval.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be provided.
6. Non-Refundable Items
- Products purchased during sale events or with discount codes.
- Free gifts, samples, or promotional items.
- Products that have been used, opened, or altered after delivery.
7. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement if they have not been processed.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
- Canceled orders will be refunded within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
