At AiraGlow Naturals, we are committed to delivering your orders in a timely and efficient manner. This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on our website for delivery within India.
1. SHIPPING LOCATIONS
- We currently ship to all major cities and towns across India.
- Remote or difficult-to-reach areas may have limited delivery options or extended delivery times.
2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.
3. SHIPPING CHARGES
- Standard Shipping: Free shipping for orders above ₹3000.
- Express Shipping: Additional charges may apply based on the location and courier partner.
- Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.
4. DELIVERY TIMELINE
Estimated delivery time depends on your location:
- Metro Cities: 5-7 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities (Small cities and Towns): 7-10 business days
- Remote Areas: 10-12 business days
Note: Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather, strikes, or courier delays.
5. ORDER TRACKING
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link to monitor your delivery status.
- If you do not receive tracking details within 2 days, please contact our support team.
6. FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
- Our courier partners will attempt delivery 3 times before returning the package to us.
- If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, non-availability, or refusal, customers will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
- If a package is returned to us after repeated failed attempts, a refund may be issued after deducting shipping costs.
7. DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
- If you receive a damaged, missing, or incorrect product, notify us within 3 days of delivery.
- We may require photo evidence of the damage before processing a replacement or refund.
- AiraGlow Naturals is not responsible for damages caused during transit but will assist in resolving the issue with the courier service.
8. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) POLICY
- COD is available for select locations.
- Customers refusing to accept COD orders may be restricted from future purchases.
9. CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES
- Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placement.
- Once an order is shipped, cancellations or changes cannot be accommodated.
- Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 5 business days.
